Ingredients:
1 medium well-aged banana, stripped diced into pieces, solidified
2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/3 cup without fat plain Greek yogurt
1/2 Tbsp velvety almond spread
1 Tbsp ground flaxseed feast
1 tsp nectar
3 - 4 drops almond extract*
4 ice cubes (discretionary)
